Lo Chef - Baciòt
Il giovane Vincenzo Bacioterracino, in arte Baciòt, nasce e si forma a Napoli lavorando presso i più importanti ristoranti della città. Esperienze nazionali ed internazionali, lo portano in giro per il mondo e lo vedono al lavoro al fianco di grandi chef come Gualtiero Marchesi e Alain Passard.
Dal 1990 dirige al Grand Hotel Parker's una brigata di grandi professionisti con cui ha saputo realizzare una cucina appetitosa, capace di esaudire i desideri dei palati più esigenti, ricca di profumi e sapori antichi e al contempo leggera e digeribile.
